Yoga Sign-Up

FITNESS YOGA

Class starts promptly at its scheduled time. Please be in class 10 minutes prior to class start time. A late entry would be disruptive, therefore no entry will be allowed after the starting of a class.  The yoga room is climate controlled and we have the most amazing Yoga Coach.  Do you need less impact and/or intensity....but still want to get healthy? Are you 1 of our awesome Bootcamper's or Crossfitter's that needs stretching added to their regimen? Did you know that stretching allows more oxygen for your muscles, which in turns allows you to build muscle and prevent injury. Our Coach Tauni will meet each of us where we are with our physical abilities. You're welcome to do Bootcamp/CrossFit and join us for Yoga on the same day. However, this class will be a complete WOD. This is NOT only a stretch class. This is a Fitness Yoga class that will get you in awesome shape and is a perfect addition to Bootcamp & CrossFit. If you haven't worked out in awhile or ever... this is a great place to start.  BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT.  If the class fills up you will be placed as an alternate on the list. If a spot comes available you will be notified via email.
Rates: Unlimited (Yoga is included in your unlimited membership)
Punch Pass:  If you do a Bootcamp or CrossFit Class & do Yoga on the same day, a punch is required for each. Open Gym is included with your daily punch
